We look forward to working with you on your invitation order! Whether it is one of our stock designs shown here, or a completely custom design, we are happy to help in any way that we can. We want your invitations to be perfect! This listing includes our invitation worksheets to help you plan your order.

A minimum $50 deposit is required before we begin your custom invitation order and can be reserved online. This deposit is non-refundable and covers the time and work required to design your invitations. Want to put down a higher deposit or pay in full, simply purchase multiple $50 listings or contact us and we can send you a custom digital invoice.

We will consult with you via email, phone or video conferencing to go over the details of your order. Once we receive your deposit, we will schedule your order for production.

Proofs will be sent via email, approx 3-5 working days after your order is placed. We will follow with great detail the design brief or specifications you provide us. Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, copy, spelling and grammar before printing. If designs are given a final approval with errors and subsequently printed, Uniquely Inviting takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required, a 50% reprint cost is applied to the stationery piece or pieces. It is therefore of the upmost importance that you check all spelling, copy, and designs thoroughly before approving the final proofs. We would always advise ordering a printed sample from the website or Etsy prior to printing.

Please note that the color on your screen may differ from printed colors, as each monitor is calibrated differently. It is particularly noticeable on phones and tablets. It is therefore advisable to print off all proofs and final artwork before giving your approval. Please keep in mind that printer calibrations also vary, and that your final stationery will be printed on the highest quality professional print press therefore the colors are more accurate, but may still differ slightly.

We provide 3 digital proofs free of charge, thereafter proofs will be charge at $10 per proof. We highly recommend reading through all proofs carefully and sending back your changes in one go.

Once you are happy with the final proof, formal approval is accepted via email.  We will forward this to you via email to be completed and returned confirming that you are happy for us to go to print. The payment for the remainder of your order is due at this time. Both of these must be completed before your order is printed.
