Ordering Information


Please carefully read the following terms and conditions and make sure that you understand them before placing an order with Uniquely Inviting. These terms and conditions will apply to any contract between us for the sale of goods and services to you. If you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, Uniquely Inviting will not be able to supply goods and services to you. Any deposit paid will be applied to the final total of the full order.

Uniquely Inviting reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you visit the website. All orders placed with Uniquely Inviting will be subject to these terms and conditions. Uniquely Inviting reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage.

Deposits, Proofs, and Artwork

A minimum $50 deposit, or full payment if the order is less than $50, is required before we begin any order and can be placed online. This deposit is non-refundable and covers the time, work, and any initial costs of graphics, fonts, etc. required to design your invitations. Higher deposits and full payment are also accepted at this time, if you prefer.

We will consult with you via email, phone or video conferencing to go over the details of your order. Once we receive your deposit, we will schedule your order for production.

Proofs will be sent via email, approx 1-5 working days after your order is placed. We will follow with great detail the design brief or specifications you provide us. Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, copy, spelling and grammar before printing. If designs are given a final approval with errors and subsequently printed, Uniquely Inviting takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required, a 50% reprint cost is applied to the stationery piece or pieces. It is therefore of the upmost importance that you check all spelling, copy, and designs thoroughly before approving the final proofs.

Please note that the color on your screen may differ from printed colors, as each monitor is calibrated differently. It is particularly noticeable on phones and tablets. It is therefore advisable to print off all proofs and final artwork before giving your approval. Please keep in mind that individual printer calibrations also vary, so while more accurate, there may still be differences. We would always advise ordering a printed sample from the website or Etsy prior to printing. Your final stationery will be printed on the highest quality professional printer on invitation quality card and paper stock.

We provide 3 digital proofs free of charge, thereafter proofs will be charge at $10 per proof. We highly recommend reading through all proofs carefully and sending back your changes in one go. Once you are happy with the final proof, formal approval is accepted via the website.  We will forward the link to you via email to be completed and returned confirming that you are happy for us to go to print.  This must be completed before any order is printed.

Shipping & Delivery

The utmost care will be taken when packaging your stationery for delivery. Invitation samples are sent via US First Class Mail. Domestic orders will be sent by fully-insured US Priority Mail (2-3 day service). For delivery overseas, we will provide first class and priority shipping options, as prices and delivery times can vary greatly, depending on the country. A shipping quote will be arranged prior to sending. A shipping date, shipping confirmation/tracking number (where applicable) and delivery address will be confirmed with you before your order is mailed.

Contact us at any time for a shipping estimate. Because of the weight of paper, we usually ship via Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes at commercial rates, which allow us to ship heavy orders at a consistent, reasonable cost. You can also check USPS.gov for current rates.

Cancellations, Loss or Damage

Deposits to start design work are non-refundable. Once a full order has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate any amendments that you request to numbers and requirements. However, once printing has been started, it is not be possible to change or cancel an item.

Uniquely Inviting cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order once it has been shipped.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms and conditions (or any other agreement between us) that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you, our obligations will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event and we will arrange a new timeline and delivery date.


All stationery artwork and designs remain the copyright of Uniquely Inviting. They may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from Uniquely Inviting.

It is the clients’ responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, such as the words of hymns or poems, images or photographs which are to be featured in the stationery. You shall indemnify Uniquely Inviting on written demand in respect of any third party claims that material provided by you infringes that third party’s copyright.

Uniquely Inviting reserves the right to use any stationery created for you to promote our products and services. If possible, we will make attempts to change any personal information.

We will never share any of your contact details with third parties, other than for purposes required by doing business with you. For example, providing your mailing address to shipping companies or payment details to our credit card processor.

Uniquely Inviting reserves the right to turn a bespoke design into a stock design, but only after your wedding or event has taken place.

We retain the right to use artwork or elements from our bespoke designs for marketing, advertising and on other products not just limited to stationery.

Returns & Refunds

Because each order is personalized, there are no returns on custom stationery or personalized items.

If you believe the product to be faulty due to an error on our part, please notify us in writing with the details within 6 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and reply to you with our decision within 7 working days. If your stationery is deemed to be faulty on the part of Uniquely Inviting we will, of course, correct or replace the affected pieces. Uniquely Inviting will only offer a full refund if the order is faulty in its entirety.


Because invitation orders have so many variations, the prices that you see listed are for a single sample set. Final pricing of your order will depend on the paper stock, number of accessory cards and envelopes, any layers (pockets, flat layers, envelofolds, etc.), and printing process.

We encourage you to contact us at any time for a full price quote for your order. We are happy to price out several options for your comparison, and can help determine the most cost-effective way to get the look that you desire.

Order Timeline

The times shown here are approximate. Because we are a small studio, and not a major printing company with lots of employees and lots of printers, turnaround times may vary depending on how many orders we have in process. Please contact us if you have any questions about current turnaround times.

Approx. 1-5 working days for your first proof /design. Three rounds of proofs are included free. Thereafter a fee of $10 will be applied per proof.

Approx. 1-3 weeks for printing and packaging after approval of the final proofs. Once we receive your approval on the final proofs, your order will be put in line for printing. We print all orders on a first-come, first-served basis.

Average overall timeline 3-4 weeks.

We will always try to accommodate tighter timescales if we can, please let us know if you have an upcoming deadline and we will do our utmost best to meet this.


Once design details and quantities have been settled on, a full, itemized price quote will be provided via email. A minimum $50 deposit is required upon your first set of proofs. This can be paid via a digital invoice or via phone. Higher deposits or full payments are also accepted at this time, if you prefer.

Final payment will be required before the order is printed. Once payment has been received in full, we can then print and deliver your order. Uniquely Inviting cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery as a result of late payment.


Only single offers / discounts can be used at any one time. Vouchers cannot be combined with any promotions.
