1. Ouija Board
One of our most beloved designs of all-time, these Ouija Board invitations are inspired by the classic spirit board. It’ll be easy to summon guests to your wedding, even from the great beyond!
2. Wings and Webs
Show off your spooky side with this dark yet elegant design. Wings and Webs features a coffin-shaped frame for your text, it is surrounded by watercolor roses and anemones in rich shades of burgundy, purple, green, gray, and black.
3. The Raven
Once upon a midnight dreary appeared another of our most popular designs, The Raven! These invitations have a distressed parchment background with faint text of Edgar Allen Poe’s “The Raven” written across it. The invitation has a large perched raven, while the accessory cards have flocks of flying ones.
4. Death’s Head Moth
Made famous in pop culture by The Silence of the Lambs, the death’s head moth, with its skull-adorned back, has become a popular motif. Our Death’s Head Moth design features richly illustrated moths alongside marigolds, dark purple peonies, and snapdragon seed pods (in case you were wondering what those tiny skulls on stems were!). Perfect for Halloween weddings or gothic themes.
5. Simply Meant to Be
Announce to the world that you’ll be together, now and forever because you are Simply Meant to Be! Inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas, these invitations have a background of uneven pinstripes reminiscent of Jack’s suit with an ornate frame showcasing both a monogram and silhouette of your favorite spooky couple.
6. Sophisticated Spider Web
With ornate filigrees, our Sophisticated Spider Web design is printed on a parchment-style background, lending a vintage feel to these wonderful webs. Perfect for weddings or events with an opulent Halloween atmosphere.
7. Foolish Mortals
Invite your guests to materialize at a swingin’ wake (or wedding!) at your haunted mansion with our Foolish Mortals Invitations. The ornate frame is perfectly complimented by the familiar wallpaper in the background that seems to be looking back at you. Inspired by
8. Samhain Wreath
Originating from ancient Celtic traditions, Samhain celebrates the end of the harvest season, and for some modern Pagans and Wiccans, a time when the boundary between the living world and spirit world is the thinnest. Our beautiful Samhain Wreath watercolor design allows you to incorporate these traditions into your wedding or handfasting ceremony.
9. Cara Mia
Mi amor! Is there a more romantic creepy couple than Gomez and Morticia? We think not! Our Cara Mia invitations feature Uniquely Inviting’s own hand-drawn illustrations of the Addams, locked in an embrace, set against a coffin-shaped background. The quote at the bottom, from the 1991 Addams Family movie, reads, “To live without you, only that would be torture. A day alone, only that would be death.” Thing also makes a whimsical appearance on the response card, where he is just finishing drawing the border around the edge.
10. Sacred Moon
Envisioning something that still has an ethereal feel, but not so Halloween-y? Check out our Sacred Moon design. It boasts a delicate, intricate border featuring sacred geometry and the phases of the moon. Perfect for adding a touch of divine energy to your ceremony, this design is versatile enough for year-round use.
11. Zombie Wedding
On the flip side, perhaps you’re in the market for something bloody amazing! I’m going to be really honest and say that when I originally came up with this design, I thought I may have gone too far! My original hand-drawn illustration of a beautiful bride and groom with flesh literally hanging off the bone. The bloody handprint and spatters. Wow, was I wrong! It became our #1 design for the next several years!
12. Wedding in the Shadows
Bat! Inspired by our favorite bloodsuckers from “What We Do in the Shadows,” our Wedding in the Shadows design showcases a skull and bat wing damask background pattern. We even sourced antique bat illustrations from an 1897 German encyclopedia, the same ones that appear in the main credits of the show. These invitations are also perfect for birthdays, Halloween parties, or even for celebrating the Superb Owl!
13. ‘Til Death Do Us Part
And last, but not least, our newly re-designed ‘Til Death Do Us Part invitations! Featuring an updated skeleton bride and groom, this design playfully hints at your everlasting commitment. Unlike our Zombie Wedding design, this version leans more towards rockabilly/goth style than outright horror, offering a subtle yet distinctive twist.
